What We Do

Administer (for all departments):
Help employees access income replacement when they have no paid leave and must be away from work.
Help employees return to work:
- Stay at Work/Return to Work Program
Assist departments perform legal and necessary medical evaluations
- Fitness for duty evaluations
Assist employees with Continuation Coverage (COBRA) (health dental and/or life insurance) after qualifying event: divorce, death, termination, work hours below benefit earning status, dependent loses eligibility.
