All information in the online database is public information as mandated by the State of Minnesota Data Practices Act.

Search by

• Property address — type the address into the search form
• Property ID number (PID) — found on your tax or assessment statement
• Addition name — from the legal description
• Property interactive map — click the map to find your property

Property tax information by phone

Please have your 13 digit property identification (PID) number ready. If you do not know your PID number, use one of the online search methods listed above to obtain it.

  • Automated phone service — daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (except Sundays between 2 p.m and 4 p.m.)
  • Service representative — Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
