Our office provides free on-site public viewing of all documents recorded/filed with us. We have documents such as deeds, mortgages, satisfactions of mortgage, certificates of title and many other real estate types going back to the 1850's, when the County was established.

Copies may be purchased for a nominal fee.

How documents are available

  • Torrens documents are available digitally
  • Abstract documents from 1968 to the present are available digitally
  • Documents not available digitally are available on microfilm or microfiche
  • Commercial customers may use our RecordEASE web service to conduct research online

How to use our on-site self-service search

Use the computers in our office to search our system using any single or combination of the following fields

  • owner name
  • legal description
  • date recorded
  • grantor/grantee
  • document or certificate number
